Wow! How time flies! I can't believe it's 2008 already! My students asked this morning if we were going to ever say 2007 again. I had to inform them that 2007 was already gone and now it was 2008. How important it is that we make the most of every moment!
I was back at school yesterday but it was only a teacher workday. The kids showed up today. We had a quiet and calm day. I think they were all worn out from Christmas break. Kobi fell asleep half way through the afternoon! I knew exactly how he felt!!
Nathan went back to work today... of course, he just played around... you know, that's all he does these days :) jk For those of you who don't know, Nathan was hired at Fernbank Science Center in September. Now he teaches science all the time. He loves it! He gets to do fun experiments with the kids and show-off all of his science knowledge. It is such a peaceful feeling knowing that your spouse loves his job!
Tonight we went out to eat with Rodney and Lisa. It was fun to talk with them! Rodney and Nathan typically get together on Tuesday nights, while I'm in class, and eat and talk but they changed it this week so us girls could come along too!
It is cold down here... I don't know how I managed Indiana weather because I am freezing and I know it is MUCH colder up north... bless all of your hearts!
